The hotel's design impressed me. It had attention to detail. I found high-tech light switches and temperature controls throughout the room. A bedside tablet controlled everything. It was very convenient. The staff made the bed, laid out towels, and left chocolates and Turkish delights.

the staff was very helpful! the rooms were spacious. adem and his housekeeping team were great and met all of my needs. the emaar mall connected to the hotel is very convenient
i was given connected rooms and one had a terrible odor like toilet smell spreading into the room. i had to close the connecting door because it was unbearable. when i informed reception, their response was dismissive. there was no apology or sense of concern.

I was annoyed with the staff. They were not helpful at all. the check-in experience was bad. the staff at reception provided the worst experience. i booked rooms for an agreed price. it reminded me of a total rip-off.
